The Objectway Solution
To address these challenges, our client leveraged the open and scalable Objectway WealthTech Suite.
The three phases process started by deploying the Portfolio Management component to serve advisors with insights, relevant and actionable information to respond to client preferences with a personalised advisory service. The following phase focused on empowering clients to access investment information through an omnichannel digital experience platform, along with a holistic support of Client Lifecycle Management & Onboarding including ongoing service delivery with suitability reviews, periodic and ad-hoc events.
