Yes, you can! Most of the previous Kundenforum threads are already available in the new OWIN Customer Community platform; the older content is still accessible as a read-only archive at https://forum.die-software.com
No need to create a new account, you are already a registered OWIN Community Member! Go here to accept the new Privacy and Data Treatment Policy, so you can recover your password using the same email you were registered in the old Kundenforum.
Currently, only Objectway Clients can become OWIN Community Member. If you think you can apply anyway, go to the Registration page and fill your data: the Community Support team will review your application and activate your account, if allowed.
If you already were a member of the Kundeforum, you can recover your password and login again. Otherwise, just apply to become a member, using the Register page.
