The conference titled “Managing the END2END Supply Chain” marks the second Community Event organized by the Digital Resilience & 3rd Parties research HUB of CETIF. This session will focus on the following key topics:
- Management of the supply chain beyond third parties
- Contractual governance of third-party relationships
- A new audit model for the IT supply chain
CETIF Community Events are thematic forums designed to present the findings of research initiatives and in-depth analyses, enriched by the contributions of industry experts, regulatory authorities, associations, and case studies recognized for their innovative vision and implemented projects.
Within this context, Manuela Marciano, General Counsel at Objectway, will contribute to the Open Session at 11:45, focusing on end-to-end supply chain management and addressing the topic as follows:
- Operational Resilience extending beyond direct third-party relationships, encompassing the full subcontracting chain, with a focus on Objectway’s approach to ensuring visibility and control over its IT supply chain
- Assessment and monitoring of risks related to critical subcontractors involved in delivering services to banking clients, with specific reference to DORA expectations concerning cascading risks and supply chain dependencies

Manuela Marciano
Manuela is General Counsel of the Objectway Group. Before joining Objectway, she’s built an extensive professional career, first as a Lawyer specialising in commercial and corporate litigation for companies and public entities, and later in the role of Judicial Administrator experienced in managing assets and businesses on behalf of the Judicial Authority. The significant experience gained over the years in business management for the Judicial Authority led her to consolidate a strongly business-oriented approach aimed at achieving tangible results, today a distinctive element of her professional profile.
