The client aimed at streamlining the operational activities related to data and information processing of a huge volume of contractual documents through digitalization and process automation to increase efficiency, speed, and accuracy, reduce cost and eliminate manual errors.
The Objectway Solution and back-office application were deployed to execute Business Processing as a Service activity combined with robotic process automation technology, this way achieving the clients’ main goal of completing a digital transformation program.
Our client now manages 200-300 new contracts per day and processes 400 to 700 entries per week. There are currently 70,000 active accounts, which are constantly growing, relating to more than 30 asset management lines, with reference to both individual and business accounts.
