L’evento annuale di presentazione di Objectway ai futuri diplomati del Master di II livello in Finanza Avanzata, Risk Management e Big Data ha confermato ancora una volta di essere una fonte di ispirazione e opportunità.

Dopo anni di incontri virtuali dovuti alla pandemia, finalmente ci siamo potuti riunire di persona, creando un’esperienza unica e indimenticabile per tutti i partecipanti, nella cornice perfetta della città di Napoli.

Questo evento rappresenta un momento clou per Objectway e la Business School IPE ed ha l’obiettivo di presentare l’azienda fintech ai futuri diplomati del Master. L’atmosfera era elettrizzante, le aspettative alte e il desiderio di apprendere palpabile nell’aria. Lo speech che abbiamo preparato è stato coinvolgente e appassionante, fornendo ai partecipanti una visione completa delle tecnologie all’avanguardia che guidano i nostri prodotti e servizi. Ma non ci siamo limitati a parlare di tecnologia; abbiamo condiviso le storie di successo di coloro che come me hanno iniziato il loro percorso professionale dopo aver frequentato il Master presso la Business School IPE e ora lavorano in Objectway, contribuendo all’innovazione nel settore finanziario.

Gli allievi hanno dimostrato un interesse vivido e un’appetibilità per l’apprendimento. Hanno posto domande pertinenti, hanno richiesto informazioni aggiuntive e hanno interagito attivamente con noi. È stato gratificante vedere la loro curiosità e il desiderio di approfondire le proprie conoscenze. Ci siamo resi conto di quanto sia fondamentale fornire una panoramica completa delle tecnologie e delle competenze richieste nel settore finanziario odierno.

L’incontro si è rivelato essere molto di più di una semplice presentazione aziendale. È stato un canale privilegiato per gli allievi del Master in Finanza Avanzata, Risk Management e Big Data per entrare in contatto diretto con Francesca Forino, la nostra HR Country Manager per l’Italia. Dopo un periodo di incontri virtuali a causa delle restrizioni imposte dal COVID-19, il ritorno agli eventi live è stato un momento di gioia e di rinnovata speranza. L’atmosfera vibrante, la partecipazione attiva e l’interazione tra gli allievi e il nostro team hanno reso l’evento ancora più speciale. È stato il segno che, nonostante le sfide che abbiamo affrontato, siamo pronti a costruire un futuro di successo nel settore finanziario.

La reunion tra Objectway e la Business School IPE è stato ancora una volta un momento di apprendimento, condivisione e connessione che ha creato una solida base per futuri sviluppi professionali. Objectway’s annual presentation event to future graduates of the Master’s Degree Course in Advanced Finance, Risk Management and Big Data once again proved to be a source of inspiration and opportunity.

After years of virtual meetings due to the pandemic, we were finally able to meet in person, creating a unique and unforgettable experience for all participants, in the perfect setting of the city of Naples.

This event is a highlight for Objectway and the IPE Business School and aims to introduce the fintech company to future Master’s graduates. It is an opportunity to share our experience, our innovative solutions and the career possibilities that Objectway offers in the field of financial technology.

The atmosphere was electrifying, expectations high and the desire to learn palpable in the air. The speech we prepared was engaging and exciting, giving participants a comprehensive view of the cutting-edge technologies that drive our products and services. But we didn’t just talk about technology; we shared the success stories of those who, like me, began their career path after attending the Master’s programme at the IPE Business School and now work at Objectway, contributing to innovation in the financial sector.

The students showed a vivid interest and an appetite for learning. They asked relevant questions, requested additional information and actively interacted with us. It was rewarding to see their curiosity and desire to deepen their knowledge. We realised how crucial it is to provide a comprehensive overview of the technologies and skills required in today’s financial sector.
